You receive a 3 day health guarantee with you puppy; beginning on the date you receive your puppy. This being for infectious disease such as parvo, distemper,etc(parasites and menial sickness are not covered by this guarantee as they are hard to diagnose and also can be acquired during transfer of puppy) If diagnosis is make of parasites or menial sickness, the seller agrees to send medicine or dewormer to buyer. but buyer must contact seller immediately. Seller will not pay for medicine purchased from buyers veterinarian. This will take place only after the buyer sends a veterinary statement to the seller. You also receive a TWO YEAR HEREDITARY Defect Guarantee beginning on the purchase date. This being for congenital defect such as heart. lungs. liver etc and also hip dysphasia. I require that the puppy is diagnosed by two different veterinary hospitals before replacement of a new puppy. if for some reason your puppy should die from natural causes within 48 hours of the time the puppy is received you must have it diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian and overnight the puppy back to Adele Gardner so our vet may do an autopsy. We will replace the puppy, with any problems listed above under the following conditions:
1. The replacement puppy will be of the same sex and breed.
2. The replacement puppy will be of the same dollar value .
3. If the only pup available at this time is of the same sex and breed but is of higher dollar value the buyer may pay the difference or wait for another puppy of the same value.
4, If the original puppy is still alive the buyer will decide if the buyer is to keep the puppy or send it back. If it is decided that the buyer will keep the puppy then the replacement puppy agreement is void. If the buyer and seller agree that the puppy is to be sent back then buyer must send the puppy back within one week. If puppy is not returned in that week the agreement is void.
5. There will be no cash refunds for buyer or buyers bills. No veterinary bills incurred after buyer takes possession of dog. Shipping of the original puppy is not part of this agreement and buyer is responsible to ship puppy back (with the puppies registration papers)to seller if there is a defect.. Seller agrees to pay for shipping of replacement puppy.
6. If the puppy has died within the first week and is found in the autopsy to have been the fault of seller; then the puppy will be replaced by seller. The original puppy must be return to seller for autopsy-no exceptions. YOU HAVE 72 HOURS to take puppy to your vet for a well puppy check up. If you do not do this any guarantee is null and void
